Compass Energy Services, LLC was formed in 2011 with an objective to offer construction and maintenance services for an emerging natural gas industry in North Central Arkansas.  Over the years since our formation, we’ve grown steadily and have expanded-both in service areas and areas of service- to meet the needs of our customers. Despite the many changes and challenges the oil & gas industry has faced in recent years, we’ve continued to thrive and develop our capabilities by working as a team, approaching projects with innovative thinking and never settling for past success.    

We have assembled a highly-motivated and highly-skilled workforce who take pride in their craft.  Our management team brings over 50 years of industry experience and possess a keen understanding of the many challenges that our customers face- and why it’s important for us to get the job done right the first time, each and every time- in getting their projects completed on time.  We hold safety paramount in ALL we do, and we have zero tolerance for those who don’t.  We keep our promises, and we will do our part to ensure that the construction of your project is a success!
